Okay, maybe this is really horrible to be thinking, but could this solve your "needing a new roof" dilema with selling the house?? Homeowner's insurance anyone???? We had a bad hailstorm last summer just north of us and about 75% of the houses in the area had to get new roofs. Wouldn't hurt to have someone come look at it at least. : ) God works in mysterious ways. *wink, wink*
