FOR SALE
It has been a crazy 24 hours! Our house officially got put on the market yesterday evening, and we had 4 showings today and 1 is planned for tomorrow. We are praying that our house will sell soon!! We think it is a good sign that we have all of these showings right away, but only time will tell. All I know is, it's going to get really old trying to keep the house this clean! I suppose its good practice. There is something nice about coming home to a spotless house...Now if we could only keep it this way ALL the time...

Ah yes, gotta love trying to keep the house clean for showings when its on the market. Just be glad you don't have kids yet...our next door neighbors have 3 boys under 4 and are trying to sell their house. We've received a few frantic phone calls asking if the boys can come over and play while there's an unexpected last minute showing. : )
Speaking of kids...yes, I'm posting this at 1:31am. Just finished my first round of screaming Carson for the night. Sweet! Back to bed I go...
Here's a thought, you could come over and clean our house during all those showings, ya know, since you're on such a roll over there!
